Ross Paterson to represent SA at FINA Junior World Swimming Championships

The KZN talent is heading to Peru in August!
Crawford International La Lucia is proud of Ross Paterson after the 17-year-old student achieved international recognition with his swimming achievements.
Ross has been selected to represent South Africa at the FINA Junior World Swimming Championships in Lima, Peru. The competition kicks off in August.

Ross started taking swimming seriously in Grade 6 when he joined forces with Alisdair Hatfield at Action Academy.
Due to COVID-19, the championships were postponed in 2021 until 2022. The competition was also moved to Peru after Russia was banned from hosting sports events.

The junior team is composed of 25 swimmers. The swimmers must be 18 or under at the end of the year to be eligible for selection to the squad.
