The person responsible for leaking actor Sthembiso 'SK' Khoza's viral video may have to pay a fine or face a four-year jail sentence.
The Queen Mzansi actor, Sthembiso 'SK' Khoza, set tongues wagging on social media this week when he found himself embroiled in a sex scandal which involved clips of himself with naked girls.
The 'inappropriate videos' which were circulating on Twitter, prompted an apology from the star; describing his own actions as 'unacceptable'.

"My actions were unacceptable, I beg for forgiveness. I take full responsibility, especially at a time we are faced with a serious pandemic. I should have made better decisions. I need to do better. To everyone I have disappointed and hurt, I am truly sorry," SK said in part.
Although the actor found himself at the center of such a scandal, according to the law, himself and the women in the videos are victims of revenge porn.
