This video just goes to show how powerful and helpful the internet can be.
Toddler siblings Bailey and Tobias have touched the hearts 33 000 viewers all over the internet and the community of Monongahela, Pennsylvania when they posted a desperate plea on Facebook, in an attempt to keep their mom around for a little longer.
Mother of two, Diana Zippay has Alport syndrome, a genetic condition which causes progressive loss of kidney function. Because nobody in her family was a blood match, she needed 20 hours a week of dialysis.
She posted this video of her children's plea and a miracle happened:
It did not take long until an unknown altruistic donor in Philadelphia matched her type A blood and offered to donate their kidney to Diana.
Zippay's surgery was a success!
Spread some feel good vibes and share this with your friends and family.
