Keri's Couch: Early bird Mike V is a force to be reckoned with!
You may know him as Mike V, but to the Breakfast team, he is the ever-smiling, mischievous 'baby' who plays a major behind-the-scenes role in driving our desk to give you a great show.
From working at a campus radio station and bossing 'Survivor' in 2019 to joining KZN's no. 1 hit music station, new kid on the block, Mike Venter (yes, that's what the V is for), is determined to leave his mark in the media world.
At just the age of 22, he is already the host of 'Early Breakfast' and also the genius behind the desk on Darren, Keri, and Sky.

"An early bird of note" - as Keri describes him - he left it all on the famous tell-all couch.
Mike owes his love for pop culture to his sister Victoria, who he describes as a 'sharp and quick-witted' person who always put him on the straight and narrow, even on social media.
"Now that I'm an adult and my social media slate is clean, I have her to thank for that," Mike tells Keri.
Mike and Keri also delved into his love life with his girlfriend, who he has been with since grade ten; his sexuality (or the misconceptions that arose about it during his 'Survivor South Africa' days), and his insecurities and aspirations.
