Keri's Couch: Ari Seirlis recounts the tragic accident that changed his life

Over 30 years ago, Ari Seirlis was in a diving accident that left him paralysed, but he wouldn't let it break his spirit.
On the 30th of August 1985, Ari went to Water World for a modeling job and it seemed like a perfectly normal day.

However, the events that took place that day would remain with him for the rest of his life.

He realised that he still had a lot to do and he couldn't let this hold him back.
The doctor kept telling him what he couldn't do, but Ari failed to accept that.
He made peace with what had happened to him, though it didn't stop him from working hard, reaching for his goals and dreams, and living his life:
