According to news reports, police are investigating a shocking video of what appears to be VIP protection unit members caught on camera brutally assaulting two people on the N1 in Johannesburg.
Authorities have stated that the vehicles in the video belong to the SAPS. National Police Commissioner Fannie Masemola has condemned the act.
