We live in very stressful times. Now and again we find ourselves frustrated by a number of different things - money, work, family, responsibilities, and much, much more.

'Moment of Frustration Day' reminds us just how important it is to let out our stress or frustration in a healthy and controlled manner, in order to bring life into balance.

Here are six ways to let go of your frustrations:

1. Take a walk - When faced with a frustrating situation it's best to walk away from the situtaion. A little time and distance away from the sitution will clear your mind to find a better solution to the problem
