A contractor working at Camden power station in Mpumalanga was arrested on Tuesday after being positively linked to an incident of sabotage. The contractor admitted to intentionally removing the oil drain plug from a bearing on Thursday last week, causing oil burners to trip repeatedly.

A new crime trend has emerged and e-hailing services as well as security companies are urging customers and delivery drivers to be vigilant. It involves criminals following motorcycle delivery men to your house, then stealing the rider's motorcycle and mugging you.

All media houses were kicked out of the Senzo Meyiwa trial at the Gauteng North High Court on Wednesday afternoon. This is believed to be over a photoshopped picture of a state witness, Tumelo Madlala, which was leaked to the public.

New from Leicestershire in the UK: A lost dog has been reunited with its owners after 'handing herself over' at a police station. Rosie sought help from officers after running away after being scared by a firework on 3 November. Police staff fetched some water and gave her a fuss before calling the number on her ID tag.
