A man who fell asleep in the vehicle he allegedly broke into was arrested in Phoenix, north of Durban, on Monday. A resident, who noticed that his vehicle was broken into, found the suspect asleep in the car after he allegedly attempted to steal valuables.

While there were no known COVID-19 related deaths in the past two days and just 671 new cases recorded in the past day in South Africa, tens of millions of people are living under lockdown in China, as the country battles its worst COVID-19 outbreak since the early days of the pandemic.
