#DarrensSummerDetox: Darren can't help falling in love with the Elvis Parsley smoothie

It's Now or Never with Darren's fifth smoothie of the week: The Elvis Parsley!
It’s been a fun week with Darren’s Summer Detox and we hope you have been enjoying the smoothies.
This week we had the E-Mint-Em, the Wiz-Kale-Lifa, The Miley Citrus, and yesterday we had the Berry Springer Show. Next week, however, Keri will help Darren by sharing five meat-free recipes with you - much like the smoothies, it will be simple and easy without any weird ingredients and it will fit a tight budget.
The Elvis Parsley smoothie is today's recipe and like Darren, you will fall in love. And no, contrary to popular belief, it does not contain any parsley, but you can add it as a garnish or just drop some parsley in as a courtesy.
For this you will need:
Green Apple, Spinach, Almond Milk, Ice, Banana, Nuts.
Blend it all together and leave the building and say, “Thank you very NUTS”.
What's great about this one is that you have just enough almond milk left after the other smoothies this week, so you can pour it in and halve it with water. Also, the leftover Bananas and Nuts will save you some money.
The apples are a win because they are cheap and you can basically add them to any smoothie. While spinach is a great addition - there’s a reason Popeye loves it.
Health tip: Drink more water! Don't measure it, but drink more water than you are drinking now
