Darren, Keri and Sky's tradition of forgetting birthdays
If one received R100 for every excuse the Breakfast team made everytime they forgot, maybe they'd buy the ideal birthday present. Just saying.
Darren, Keri and Sky claim to never, ever forget a birthday. And, technically that's a lie. They just spend more time formulating excuses than they do on the actual congratulatory message.
The perfect example is when Darren and Sky forgot to get Keri a present on her birthday, and many months after that.

And to be honest, it's not just birthdays that they forget, they forget important days too - like when Darren and Sky did not get Keri a gift for Valentine's but she got them gifts - it's become a tradition.
In October 2020, the trio collectively forgot an important birthday, and as mentioned they formulated excuses. Sky even tried to cover up his lies but was caught in them.
