1. Mastercard to investigate allegations against Pornhub
Mastercard Inc is investigating allegations against Pornhub.com following a newspaper article which said many videos posted on the adult website depicted child abuse. Pornhub denied the allegations. Billionaire investor Bill Ackman called on Mastercard and Visa Inc to temporarily withhold payments to Pornhub following the newspaper column.
2. Residents to launch civil claim against Engen Refinery
Durban residents who stay close to the Engen Refinery are preparing to launch a civil claim against the company following the explosion at the plant on Friday. For years, they have complained about the health-hazardous smell of gas and fumes which had left many with respiratory diseases. But Friday was probably the most traumatic experience for them as the blasts could be heard by people as far as Umlazi and Durban North.

3. Mayweather confirms fight with Youtuber Logan Paul
Floyd Mayweather has announced on Instagram that he will be squaring off against YouTuber Logan Paul in a "super exhibition" bout. The two have been heavily rumoured to have been in talks over facing one another in a mega-fight inside the squared circle and the 50-0 boxer has taken to Instagram to confirm the fight.
4. Doctor speaks out on infections following the Matric Rage Festival
A Hillcrest doctor who shone the spotlight on the high number of COVID-19 infections among teenagers returning from the Matric Rage festival said he did so because he was concerned about protecting the large community of vulnerable older people in the suburb. On Monday, we spoke to Prof. Tulio De Oliveira about how YOUTH events like this are fuelling a second wave.

5. Reporters at Trump's Georgia rally had to enter 'RiggedElection!' as the WiFi password
President Donald Trump held his first rally since the election on Monday to offer support to Republican senators in the state. Reporters at a Trump rally in Georgia had to enter ‘RiggedElection!’ as the WiFi password to connect to a network called ‘Make America Great Again’.
