1. Unilever introduces a four-day workweek for its employees
Unilever is the latest major company to try the four-day workweek idea, proving that flexible working is here to stay. The company announced it would test shorter working hours for all its employees in New Zealand, allowing them to decide which four days they'd prefer to work each week. The trial starts this month and runs for a year.
2. Man arrested by Hawks for Maths Paper 2 leak
The Hawks have confirmed that a man has been arrested in connection with the leak of Maths Paper 2 exam. Maths and physical science exams have been compromised by leaks ahead of the year-end exam sittings. According to the Hawks, a man named Themba Daniel Shikwambana works for a Johannesburg-based company contracted by the education department to print matric exam papers.

3. Universal Studios Japan to launch world's first Super Nintendo World
The world's first Super Nintendo World is set to launch inside the Universal Studios Japan theme park in Osaka on February 4, 2021. In addition to conventional rides, the entire Super Nintendo World will be an immersive game in which guests can compete against other gamers in the park. REAL LIFE MARIO KART!

4. Rita Ora fined R205k for 30th birthday party that broke lockdown rules
Rita Ora has apologised for breaking lockdown rules after she attended her 30th birthday party at the weekend. The singer said she thought the ‘spur of the moment decision’ to attend the party would be permissible as the UK is due to come out of lockdown this week.

5. Spotify releases its 2020 wrapped list
Spotify has released its 2020 wrapped list, revealing the artists that you have been listening to the most this year. The number one spot in South Africa is taken by Drake, followed by the late Juice WRLD and SA's Kabza De Small. Nasty C is 3rd on the list of Top South African streamed artists and Elaine and Cassper Nyovest 6th and 7th respectively. 5 Seconds of Summer was not on the list.
