There's nothing better than celebrating people and their craft.
Although tempered chocolate is something of a talked about topic online, it is still an art form that is difficult to do.
If you haven't heard of The Chocolate Guy, then you might be living under a rock. He is a very talented chocolatier who constructs works of art using chocolate.

Amaury Guichon is a French-Swiss Pastry Chef and his art form certainly attracts the attention of many online.
He is known for his life-like constructions made of chocolate and his technique is what we used to call 'Bomb'.
One of his most recent creations caught our eye as it was an animal we are quite familiar with in South Africa.
This is the reason we decided to share it with you.
In the video below, we see The Chocolate Guy create a life-sized, very real-looking leopard.
And just like him, our favourite part outside of the whole process was the attention to detail that went into making the leopard's eyes.
