Woman applies to be Trevor Noah’s girlfriend with hilarious TikTok video
The woman explained
all the reasons why she thinks she would make the perfect girlfriend.
Trevor Noah is hot
commodity right now. The South African comedian just hosted the Grammy Awards
and remains the host of the popular daily talk show, ‘The Daily Show’ on Comedy
Central. He’s bought a house worth millions of dollars and is an all-round nice
guy. So, it’s no wonder that women around the world would love to date him.
In an hilarious application, TikTok user @maya2960 details all the reasons she believes she and Trevor would make the perfect couple.
“These are the reasons I think we would be great together. First off, my dad is black and my mom is white so I’m kind of like your opposite,” Maya says as she kicks off the video. “Some might say the yin to your yang.”

Maya adds that their humble beginnings were pretty
similar as well. “I was also raised by a single mom. I know I am young but I
have always been told that I am an old soul,” she continues.
The woman adds that she already knows people in his circle, so the first meetings won’t be so awkward. She details how she met Roy Wood Jr, a comedian and correspondent on ‘The Daily Show’. “I am already co-worker approved,” Maya jokes.

Finally, in a last bid to win the comedian over, the woman says she “makes a mean grilled cheese!”
Unfortunately, Trevor is currently dating actress Minka
Kelly and has been since August last year – and things seem pretty serious. The
couple are “really happy and in love” according to People Magazine and moved
into a massive R400-million mansion in Bel-Air in December.

Despite this, many commended Maya for shooting her shot in the most creative way. “TAKE YOUR SHOT QUEEN,” one user commented. Another joked that she won’t let Maya steal her dream man away from her. “I appreciate your effort, but I’m not going down without a fight. I’ve been simping @trevornoah since I got here and our birthdays are exactly one month apart.”
