This week's woman crush is aiming big with her foundation's 2023 goals...
This week our woman crush is not just a life coach, but also a motivational speaker, podcast host, former psychology lecturer, and has self-published two books.
Caitlyn de Beer finds her inspiration in many things, from her family to her spiritual side, and she is sharing that inspiration with her words of wisdom through varied avenues.
Caitlyn has self-published two books, the first of which has sold just under 10,000 copies.
With her honours degree in Clinical Psychology and being a sought-after speaker, Caitlyn speaks at companies, conferences, churches, and women's events around South Africa.
As a life coach, Caitlyn has had the privilege of coaching more than 600 women, from over 13 countries worldwide.
But what really caught our eye about Caitlyn is her foundation called, Pass the Panties. This foundation hopes to restore dignity to the schoolgirls of the Valley of 1000 Hills.
All by providing them with new underwear and sanitary pads. She has made it her mission to inspire people to donate and the goal for 2023 is to gather 50,000 pairs of panties.
