As we enter a new week, this feel-good video certainly put us in a great mood.
Sometimes, we can get caught up in the everyday stresses of life. But if there's one thing that children always, always manage to help us remember, it's the light side of life.
This young school girl showed us that sometimes you've just gotta get up and dance...
If there is one thing that we have as South Africans, it's our good taste in music, not forgetting our ability to get down and bust a move. It's evident that Carol Ofori and the team can get down, the proof is in the Drop Challenge, that was spearheaded by our very own Vic Naidoo.

This young girl didn't just remind us that dancing is our soul food, but also that no matter what your age is, you can create a stir if you believe you can.
It's notorious that many younger students don't really stand a chance of getting cheered on by their elder peers...
But not only did she steal the show, but she also dominated with the crowd and even inspired some of them to join in...
