Imagine having a dish session with your friend about your boss over lunch or ice-cream and being videoed by a stranger. We're not sure how we feel about this considering that there are some things that should be off limits when it comes to invading someone's right to privacy.

Of course, there is value in it going viral because it is definitely content-worthy, but everything else about it, uh, it's a tricky one hey. We believe in a good dish session, sometimes just getting something off your chest is so therapeutic.

If there is one thing we have learnt about social media, it is that people are very quick to jump on the bandwagon when it comes to gossip and salacious content. So if someone is throwing shade, having an affair, or something scandalous, you will sure get a reaction.

Unless of course you were looking for their opinion, posting such things to social media is a licensed way of saying, here's my life, please share your thoughts with me, moreover if your account is public. That's what happened here, when a TikToker decided to post a video of two ladies at what seems to be a restaurant, who were overheard bad mouthing someone named Laura, who seems to be a co-worker or manager to them.

The video has more than 2.5-million views, which proves our point about attracting attention online. But more than that, the comments were wild, people even started a hashtag, #JusticeForLaura!

Some people were of the opinion that this TikToker should not have invaded their private conversation, while others didn't hold back, they used this opportunity to say what they really felt...

"Whatever happened to minding your own business?" said one user, and someone replied with, "Whatever happened to keeping your conversations down where nobody else listens."

Eek spicy....

Another person commented by saying: "Man TikTok won't even let people gossip anymore." Comments even escalated to "your momma" words and that, that is just unacceptable and super childish.

Come on people, it's Women's Month and all we can think of is how many TikTokers on this thread were women hating on each other. Why can't we just be real, yes we agree that letting go and venting is helpful, it is destressing, but bashing people online, regardless of their background or life choices, is not okay.
