Dads are definitely more present and active in their kids' lives these days.
It is completely humbling to see the love that is going around in the hood of parenting these days.
Of course, many families can relate to not having a father figure in their lives. And as much it can a relatively sensitive topic, it is a reality we don’t wish upon anyone.

But to see more and more dads making the effort to stand up and be there for their families is heart-warming.
What’s more heart-warming is that women are recognising these men and we believe this makes a real difference to the way parenting is viewed nowadays.
One woman decided to share this on TikTok and as it turns out, dads are definitely being more recognised as present parents these days.
A TikToker who goes by the username, Innerlife_milee, shared a queue at popular South African clothing retailer Ackermans.
In the video we see predominantly dads proudly sporting their newborn and infant kids in baby carriers.
