WATCH: A man takes using a toy car to new levels
Updated | By East Coast Radio
A viral video of a guy putting a toy car to good use shows us that anything is possible...
In Durban, we are used to visiting the beach and seeing kiddies driving around on the promenade with their toy cars.
We have to admit that it is cute seeing them zoom around, turning the steering wheel vigorously with excitement. It's innocent fun and we enjoy seeing it, knowing full well that these kids aren't really driving and, of course, it's just on the promenade.
Then we see this video of an adult using what looks like one of those toy cars as a mode of transport. We have heard of innovation when it comes to motoring fanatics, but this takes things to a new level of 'crazy things we have seen on the road'.
It's not in South Africa, but we are sure that there is a South African who has tried this. There is definitely some modification that happened with his car, because when he gets in you can see that his feet go on the ground first. Fred Flintstone, is that you?

That’s cool and all but this guy and his home built rocket car are not too far from me here in the Fort Worth bedroom community where I live. 🚀 pic.twitter.com/w06S60QFFv

Guess this Twitter user is onto something here. She suggested that we turn those cars into grass cutting machines so that kids can have fun whilst also tending to the lawn.
You might be on to something! What if… they designed decked out riding lawnmower power wheels (that actually worked)? Get the kids to cut the grass 🤔

(I know, I know… safety and all that. But you gotta start somewhere!)
