There is much contention when it comes veganism and/or vegetarianism and non-vegetarianism. Some people don't understand the other side and that's when the arguments or the differences in opinion start.

The thing is that we are all for individuality and supporting the mindset of each to their own. But when it comes to your lifespan as well the longevity of our flora and fauna, many experts are of the belief that if we don't become more conscious of leading a more plant-based lifestyle, then we are heading for tough times...

This is something that many people brought up decades ago, as it is contested that as humans, our bodies are not built to consume animals. But that's a topic we will steer clear off as it is quite subjective.

We are happy to lead a more balanced lifestyle, as Carol Ofori shared her openness in trying out vegan products. She recently did a video with her son as they prepared a vegetarian meal from the Fry's range. You can check it out here

So moving on swiftly, we saw this video of a little girl who articulates the importance of leading a well-balanced diet that includes meat. She is seen eating a piece of meat and explains that as much she is a vegetarian, she is eating meat because she wants to survive.

Her cuteness overload and the way she recites a love letter to the piece of meat she is eating, leaves us in stitches as we see the innocence of a child coming through. She articulates herself so well that we had to share it with you...

Many people came through to the video, which is sitting at almost 700,000 views. She really is so entertaining in the way she reasons eating meat even though she is a vegetarian.

Check out some of the comments below from Twitter.

She is seen in another video below sharing some wise and aspirational words. We are in love!
