We are all guilty of looking at our phones far too much. Sometimes it's to fill an awkward silence, to shy away from a conversation or sometimes it's just because you are have nothing better to do.

But this husband/groom took it to new levels when he did it just before his bride joined him at the alter to take their vows. Now that warrants a sleeping on the couch punishment, don't you think?

Wedding days are idealised for being the perfect day; every bride and - most of the time - groom want everything to work out perfectly. The pressure of it all leaves us feeling a bit overwhelmed.

Sometimes the stress and anxiety of a wedding can leave couples feeling a bit out of sorts. So out of sorts that perhaps you decide to do something like looking at their phone during the most auspicious moment of their lives; you know, the one just before taking your vows to your partner for life?

Many people agreed that he was feeling nervous and that's why he took his phone out, which we can understand. We think that the bride, Taylor Loren, agrees because it's been 4 years since that day and they're still going strong as a married couple, so good on your Taylor for finding the funny in that awkward, but sweet, moment.

Have you ever been in a situation where you took your phone out just to avoid someone or perhaps you were also feeling out of place so needed your phone to keep you company?

It's not abnormal; at least not nowadays, right?
