When it comes to adding something pretty epic to your bucket list, we would definitely recommend this world first. Dubai has done it again with the World's Deepest Swimming Pool.
Deep Dive Dubai opened last week and hosted VIPs and VVIPs to check out their 60 metre deep swimming pool that even has a sunken city for divers to explore. The city hosts a foosball machine and a pool table, not to mention a library and a car. Talk about taking things to a whole new level of excitement and adventure!

"This extraordinary indoor pool is filled with 14 million liters of freshwater, the equivalent of six Olympic-sized swimming pools. Water is kept at 30 degrees to create the perfect conditions for diving – and there’s no need to wear thick wetsuits. As a diver you will get to explore a stunning underwater attraction that is themed to resemble an abandoned sunken city. It will take several dives to explore this vast underwater city, which is filled with adventure and wonder. The pool is equipped with 56 cameras to ensure safety of the divers. State-of-the-art lighting and sound systems create a variety of underwater moods." (Deep Dive Website)

Traditionally, the United Arab Emirates is known for its history in pearl diving, which is what this underwater adventure is attributed to. What an amazing way to experience (to some extent) what the pearl divers experienced years ago when they went diving in waters with just a peg on their noses.
"A one-hour dive costs between $135 and $410, with Deep Dive vowing that it will open to the general public soon." (The South African) That's around R1,935 to R5,900 for a diving experience in a world first.
Will you be adding this to your bucket list?
