WATCH: This cobra wasn't having any kisssssing after this man tried to get a smooch in!?

As you know it's that time of the year where we are hearing more and more snake stories. It seems the heat has caused them some discomfort, so they are trying their best to find cool places in and around Durban. 

Just thinking about this makes the hairs on the back of our necks stand. We are happy to steer clear of our slithery friends as far as possible. 

We were shocked though to hear that this man willing put himself in an awkward position after supposedly rescuing a cobra.

In the video a man is seen holding a cobra in his hands and leaning in to kiss the snake. 

Yes, we were shocked too. Kissing a snake isn't something that we thought people willingly did.

We've heard of kissing frogs, but we're not so familiar with kissing snakes. In the video as soon as the man leans in, he is seen retracting immediately.
