WATCH: Child runs amok on eight-hour flight and no one says anything
Updated | By East Coast Radio
With flight etiquette being a hot topic these days, this story certainly has its challenges...
There have been many stories doing the rounds on social media surrounding families travelling with their kids.
Many people have different views surrounding the stories that people have been sharing.
Some say that parents should teach their children about air travel etiquette, while others say that non-parents need to be more understanding of children.
A video that was shared on Reddit, has stirred up some travellers.
After watching the video, we are also quite surprised. As parents, we are all for being respectful, from both ends.
There needs to be a form of respect from families as well as single travelling passengers.
But there is a line to both, and distinguishing that can get tricky.

Of course, the child's behaviour is not ideal for a public setting, especially a flight that lasted eight hours.
A note to parents traveling with kids on planes: Be organised. Bring along games or activities that will keep them occupied.
Try to have things laid out for them so that you can avoid them wanting to explore and disrupt the flight.
The post lacked more details but many people were outraged at the fact that the parents did not stop the child from jumping on the tray table. More than that, the poor man in front of her looked so over it he didn't even budge as she bounced away.
