As a woman, there are times when we just forget to have fun. With all the 'to-do' lists and endless responsibilities, it can be difficult to allocate time for fun. Most especially because it can be argued that 'worrying' is a part of our DNA.
Whether or not that may be true for you. It is certainly something that is true for many mothers and women in the world. So to say to a woman; stop, be present, enjoy the moment, can be taken as a character dig.

But we have to do it, we have to remind each other that taking time out for ourselves is absolutely integral for our mental health, our wellbeing and our physical wellness, too.
So when we saw this video of 58-year-old Maria Nilda from Espírito Santo, Brazil, we were truly all up in our feels. It didn't just remind us that we are what we do, and that age is merely a construct, but it reminded us that having fun and engaging in fun is what life is all about.
