The star of the show: Cape of Good Hope SPCA help return starfish to the ocean

A sad but inspiring act done by the SPCA to help save starfish...
We are all guilty of paying too much attention to the pandemic over the past two years. This has been a key reason the work that places like the SPCA do has taken a back seat to the pandemic.
So when we saw this story about hundreds of starfish that washed up on the Fish Hoek beach, we were so amazed by the actions that were taken by the SPCA in getting these creatures back to safety.

"Over 500 beached starfish have been returned to the ocean after they washed ashore along Clovelly beach near Fish Hoek last week. Volunteers, conservationists, and people who are passionate about the ocean and marine life joined the rescue efforts." (MSN)
The skill and the technique that each of these volunteers, workers, and conservationists practiced whilst dealing with the starfish was both admirable and inspiring. Check out the video that captured their rescue mission.
