A sneak peek into Meghan Markle's children's book, 'The Bench'

Meghan Markle has written a children's book entitled, 'The Bench'. She sent a copy to a friend in Los Angeles and he shared some pics on social media.
Meghan Markle announced the release of her children's book, 'The Bench', last month. The book was inspired by a poem she had written for Harry for Father's Day, a month after their son, Archie, was born.
A copy of the book was sent to Meghan's friend, Gray Malin, a photographer in Los Angeles, USA. He shared a video of himself opening the book on Instagram Stories on Friday.
Malin posted: ‘Received some royal mail! Congrats on your new book M!’
The post reveals a beautifully illustrated picture of a man and a child, depicting Prince Harry and his son holding hands and walking. What a lovely sentiment that she has managed to capture, not just for her but also for her son and Harry. Something that will live on forever for them and for her family.
The book was released on Tuesday and according to reports, "the new book has failed to make Amazon's top 200 bestsellers, reaching just 204 in the charts and 60 on the list of bestselling children's books," a report on YouTube reveals.
The book has received some criticism. Many critics on Amazon have given it a 1 out of 5 star rating. But the truth is that because of the hype around Meghan and the mixed views about their separation from the royal family, there will people who will criticise, that's a certainty in life. We haven't seen the full book, but we appreciate the story behind the creation of the piece of literature.
