No degree? No worries! Elon Musk prefers other aspects

The man behind some of the world's biggest brands has an interesting take on the education of prospective employees.
After being dethroned by Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk is the second richest man after just one day of being at the top of the world's richest chart.

He helped create the likes of Paypal, Tesla, SpaceX, and several other companies, but not everything is about education for him.

Musk believes more in a person's ability, rather than the degree they have attained.
During the World Government Summit in 2017, Musk mentioned that he asks each candidate the same question: The reason, he explained, is ‘the people who really solved the problem know exactly how they solved it.’

In an interview with Auto Bild, he mentioned that in order to work for Tesla, "there’s no need even to have a college degree at all or even high school."
