Mr Ofori shares why Carol is the best mother
Updated | By East Coast Radio/ Udesha Moodley-Judhoo
"Carol is a nurturer. Not only does she excel at providing our kids with their basic needs, she always goes the extra mile."
As a tribute to Mother's Day, we wanted to celebrate our Daytime Diva, Carol Ofori.
And what better way to do that than by asking the man in her life to share some sentimental information about her as a mother?
We asked Greg Ofori to share five things that make Carol Ofori the best mother to her kids.

Here's what he had to say. These are in his own words and he was not bribed into saying anything...
"Carol loves our kids unconditionally. She showers them with affection, kisses, and emotional support consistently. Even though our son tends to shy away from the kisses as he gets older, she always insists and reminds him no matter how big he gets, he will always be her baby.
"Carol has a really really, really big heart. She is kind and giving to a fault. In a world that seems devoid of compassion, our children are blessed to be in the presence of someone who consistently and openly gives so much to family and friends and the less fortunate. She has set a fantastic example for our kids to follow in this regard.

"Carol is a nurturer. Not only does she excel at providing our kids with their basic needs, she always goes the extra mile. She has turned our home into a safe nurturing environment, and it shows because of how our kids thrive. From her delicious home-cooked meals, bedtime stories, and bible studies, she definitely makes sure our kids feel safe, loved, and cared for every single day.
"Carol is the best cheerleader anybody could wish for. Her encouragement and support of our kids is astounding. She celebrates all their achievements, no matter how small I sometimes think they are. She instills in them a sense of modest confidence (if that's an actual thing), and always reminds them of how capable they are, and how they can really achieve everything they wish for if they are prepared to work to get it.

"Carol never shies away from a teaching moment. From confronting a little lie to teaching about the importance of empathy, respect, and kindness. She arms our kids with the skills they will need to go out and contribute to the big world one day."
In a world where we can so easily become tied down by life's stresses, Carol Ofori has reminded us that you can have it all. All it takes is the love and support of a good family infrastructure and the ability to work as a team.
We hope you celebrate your mother or grandmother every day and not just on this special day.
