British millionaire Patrick Diter has been asked by the highest court in the land to demolish his Chateau that he has been working on for over a decade. This came about after he failed to gain authorisation to build it. Situated on the French Riviera, the property boasts stunning views and pure opulence.
According to Boutique Hotel Awards, Chateau Diter has 18 deluxe suites, a helipad, and seven hectares of private manicured gardens, vineyards, and olive groves.

According to multiple outlets, the home is worth R1-billion and the developer has been asked by French judicial court, la Cour de Cassation, to demolish the property.
According to People, it will take 16 months to tear down the property. Dieter will face an additional fine of $600 per day after the June 2022 deadline should the property still be there.
