The former Archbishop of Durban sets out to raise funds for a good cause...
A former Archbishop of Durban, Cardinal Wilfrid Fox Napier, has recently retired and has decided to put all his efforts into creating awareness about a cause that he holds close to his heart.
His Living Legacy Project, which is called the Napier Centre 4 Healing (NC4H), is the focal point for his new fundraising project. The goal is to honour his 15-million minutes as Archbishop of Durban by raising R15-million for the NC4H. What a beautiful sentiment.
He has made a call to all residents to get involved if they can:
Bank: FNB | Account Name: Napier Centre 4 Healing Trust
Type of Account: Current Account | Account Number: 6271 848 0007
Branch Code: 22 05 26 00 | Branch: Florida Road | SWIFT Code: FIRNZAJJ
Please use “Living Legacy” as the reference
"The Napier Centre 4 Healing in rural Iqadi, Verulam, was opened two years ago and offers a live-in, after-care rehabilitation facility for street-dwelling substance abusers who have been through a formal de-toxification programme, but are not yet ready to lead productive livelihoods without some assistance." As much as times are hard for everyone, they are pleading with everyone to make a small contribution to those people in our communities that have been forgotten. The people that sometimes don't have anyone to stand up for them.
