Durban named Africa's Leading City Destination for 2020

This is also not the first time Durban has earned this very coveted and special title.
In both 2018 and 2019, Durban was announced as the Leading City Destination in Africa.

But it seems like the third time is also the charm as it beat Cape Town, Johannesburg, Marrakech (Morocco), and Nairobi (Kenya) at the 2020 World Travel Awards.
And are we surprised? Of course not, because it has something for everyone!

If you're a beach-bum, you can spend your time in the beautiful and warm Indian Ocean. If you're looking for adventure, you can visit the many nature reserves and parks.
The nightlife is also incredible, boasting some of the hottest clubs and bars (which you should avoid unless there is sanitiser and social distancing.) and fun activities for families, like visiting Ushaka Sea World.

But there's still a lot that people don't know about Durban and KZN.
