Doctor shares three steps to losing your first 10kg

Losing weight can be easy or it can be hard, it all depends on what you are willing to do...
Weight loss is something of a mountainous task for many people.
And that has a lot to do with a variety of factors. From hormonal imbalances to the lack of motivation, it can literally be anything for different people.
But one doctor who is trying to remove the tension from weight loss is Dr Azeem Yusuf. He is using his social media channels to try and simplify weight loss.
In one video that caught our attention, he shares three steps to adopt that can assist you in losing your first 10kg.
Now, that may sound like it's too good to be true, but the thing about losing weight in our opinion is making a conscious effort to change the way you think.
Changing your lifestyle is one part of it, but changing how you think is definitely a big part of it.

What we really admired about his advice was that he isn't just tackling things that will help with weight loss.
He is also advising people to adopt a lifestyle change that will help their mental health.
The 3-2-1 rule is a great practice for people who want to lose weight. The thing is you will only know the benefits once you try it out.
