Do not put something in your mouth just because a celebrity tells you to...

Talk about being knocked into a life lesson with some fruit...
It is really easy to become smitten or taken by what people tell you sometimes.
We guess that is why so many scams, informercials, and diets are so popular. Perhaps it is our human need to want to trust what leads us astray.
Whatever the reason, being gullible or getting duped can happen to the best of us...
So don't feel bad, rather learn from it and always refer to this example in case you find yourself in a somewhat similar situation.
You see there are certain red flags that we bypass when we are being taken for a ride. Sometimes it's because we are naïve and inexperienced, other times it's because we want to believe that it is so good that it's true...
And the truth is, it is not!
We learnt that from a video we saw of Anne Hathaway on the Ellen Show.
Hathaway asks everyone to perform an exercise with a clementine, which she says helps you heal.
It involved the citrus fruit 'clementine' and well, Hathaway's amazing acting ability. If you didn't think she was a good actress before, now you will.

Firstly, we love her sense of humour, but more than that we loved the lesson here.
Far too often we choose the easier or most convenient method. But that's the thing with life, just as we continue believing everyone and succumbing to the social norms, the more likely it is that we end up falling.
Great lesson from a well respected and extremely talented performer.
