We saw a video that was shared to Twitter about some men who stopped on the side of a highway and uprooted succulent plants from the little island in the middle.
Many people were shocked and disturbed to see this, and then we heard about many stories that people shared on the post that this has happened before, where landscapers steal plants and plant them in private spaces...

We know that Diwali, the festival of lights, can be painted in the wrong way by many people. Specifically because some fireworks enthusiasts tend to use Diwali as the reason to overdo it.
But there is a whole story and deeper meaning to this beautiful and sentimental festival that is celebrated among many people in our province, country, and the world over. Then we saw an article about a study that took over 500 beauty pageants and their home countries into account, in trying to find the places in the world that have the most beautiful people.
South Africa featured in the top ten countries and we are so delighted because of course we believe that our beautiful country has beautiful people.
