There's no doubt that we love our share of reality television, if for any reason, it's because of the entertainment element. But sometimes reality television can take on a scripted form, it can be crafted to result in a certain way to make things more entertaining...
As much as that is what it is, and we take what we get, there are some moments in life that aren't scripted and still manage to take on an entertaining role. This was one such incident that involved a Facebook live video, a news station in Egypt and a man who thought he hit the luck pot.
"Mahmoud Ragheb, a reporter for the news site Youm7, was livestreaming a report on social media when the thief drove by on a motorbike and seized his phone." (BBC)
The incident took place in Egypt's fourth-largest city, Shubra Al-Khaimah, where it was reported that a 6.2 magnitude earthquake took place and rattled parts of the country.
After grabbing the phone, unaware of the fact that the phone was broadcasting live, the man sped away on his motorbike and even looked back to see if anyone was pursuing him.

"More than 20,000 people were watching the livestream when the theft took place and according to figures on Facebook, the video has since racked up more than 6.2 million views and 45,000 comments in a little over 24 hours.
Sadly for the thief, broadcasting his face in this way made it relatively easy for authorities to track him down. The Ministry of the Interior announced last night that it has detained him." (BBC)
Talk about getting caught red-handed, this man who is said to be jobless, thought he had struck the rod while it was hot and was going to get away with it. But someone is always watching...get it...
