She is the only female owner of this award in South Africa! What an honour indeed!
It is truly an honour to be recognised for your talent, especially when that recognition comes from international frontiers.
Crowned as Carol Ofori's greatest achievement of 2022, the Society of Voice Arts and Sciences (SOVAS) award is definitely the cherry on top for our Daytime Diva.
She found out about her nomination last November, which was for the Best African Voiceover in an Outstanding Commercial.
And just like that, in December 2022, she found out she had won!
Not only was this the most exciting thing for her and her family, it was for us as well. It is so amazing to see her being acknowledged internationally for her talent.
It really is coming full circle when you are awarded with such a prestigious award.
