Have you taken time out to laugh today? If not, do. Research has shown that laughing a few minutes a day can help beat the stress. Indian experts it's the open-mouthed, hearty laugh that delivers the best results. When we laugh we exercise the heart and lungs, our heart rate goes up which in turn causes the brain to relax.

Researchers say you can't feel sad or down when you're laughing. They've found it helps you relax, recharge and helps the mind stay alert and focused, enabling you to accomplish more.

If there isn't someone around, like Darren Maule, to crack you up or if you aren't watching a comedy on the telly, get your best friend to tickle your funny spot. Nothing gets you rolling on the floor like a good tickle session. So try it.

We asked Darren and The Breakfast Stack to tell us where the most ticklish bits on their bodies are. So now you know what to do when you see him at the beach.

Darren: All over my body. I'm so ticklish, that yesterday, when I had a full body sports massage, I tried really hard not to knock out the therapist when she reached my feet.

Samson: Under my arms. I can't take it.

Natarah: Under my feet. Do not go there. There will be pain, lots of pain, if you do.

Wes: My ribs.

George: I have none.
