KZN Star conquers Indian Ocean

In the process rounded off her "Lettie Paddle" campaign to raise funds for close friend and cancer patient Nikki "Lettie" Heyns.
Through pledges, sponsorships and donations Bartho has raised over R70 000.
Congratulations to both brave women – Danica for making history and Lettie who has inspired so many people and continues to do so with her positive outlook and cancer awareness campaigns.
The icing on the cake was the fact that Danica’s husband Brett Bartho won the overall race with his brother Daryl, with Danica winning the women’s division.
