Bosch starts for Sharks in Currie Cup decider
Updated | By Nick Tatham
The Cell C Sharks face a must-win Carling Currie Cup clash
with Western Province this Friday with Curwin Bosch and several Vodacom United
Rugby Championship stars starting.
The Sharks were their own worst enemies when they lost to the Lions in their penultimate match last weekend, however coach Etienne Fynn believes they gave a positive account of themselves.
“We played the Lions URC team, and while it was not a faultless performance, it was certainly a committed one," Fynn said. "We took two valuable log points, with everything to play for against Western Province.
“All our preparation has been done for Friday’s game, now it’s all about consolidating it.”
Having handed five debuts to players last weekend, the Sharks will be bolstered with the return of a number of experienced players for the clash on Friday night.
