The Ubuhlebezwe community
in southern KZN says it's been left shocked and traumatised following the
murder of a woman pregnant with twins.
Busisiwe Ngubo's body was found on the street about a kilometre away from her home in eHlanzeni on Monday morning.
It's suspected the 35-year-old was strangled.
Ngubo was seen leaving her home on Sunday night after she'd received a call from her boyfriend, who is a police officer.
Community leader and family relative Mandla Ngcobo says she was days away from delivering her babies.
He says, as a family, they're battling to come to terms with the brutality of the attack.

"We have never experienced an incident like this, we are shocked and we want the police to catch the person who did this. The painful part of this is she was pregnant and she was supposed to be giving birth to twins.
"She had an appointment with the hospital yesterday (Monday) and she was supposed to have the operation, and today she was supposed to deliver the babies."
