ANC President, Cyril Ramaphosa, is in KZN today leading a campaign trail, ahead of the local government elections.
Ramaphosa is set to be joined by ANC Provincial Chairperson Sihle Zikalala and Provincial Secretary Mdumiseni Ntuli amongst others.
The President is set to do door-to-door campaigning in the Durban area, specifically Umlazi, Umbumbulu, KwaMakhutha and Folweni amongst others.
The party's provincial spokesperson, Nhlakanipho Ntombela, says the campaign seeks to encourage supporters and members of the ANC to come out in their numbers and vote.
"The president will be in eThekwini region to take part in campaigning ahead of the local government elections", he said.
"This is also part of activating our structures, engaging supporters and encouraging people to come out in their numbers to vote for the ANC the 1st of November", Ntombela said.
