KZN temperatures drop as cold front sweeps through SA

It’s going to be cold and sometimes wet in some areas
of KwaZulu-Natal on Sunday and Monday.
Parts of the country are experiencing a cold front.
The South African Weather Service has issued several alerts and advisories for KwaZulu-Natal.
Disruptive snowfall is forecast for the southwestern parts of the province Sunday and Monday.
There is also a warning for damaging winds expected along the east coast from Sunday afternoon into the following day.
Forecaster Thandiwe Gumede says parts of KZN can expect temperatures to drop to single digits.
"Very cold conditions, being maximum temperatures of 10 degrees or less, [are] expected over the southwestern parts of KZN, spreading to a larger area on Monday. Those single digits in terms of maximum temperatures are expected over the western parts as well as the Midlands of KZN," said Gumede.
