Probe after bodies of four people found in KZN

KZN police have opened four inquest dockets after the discovery of four bodies in different parts of the province over the weekend.
Yesterday, rescue officials recovered the body of a woman found floating in the Umgeni River in Durban.
Police spokesperson, Thulani Zwane says a man was found at the bottom of Hlokozi Gorge in the Midlands yesterday.
"The police search and rescue team went to Hlokozi Gorge after they received information that there was a decomposed body in the area. When officers went there, that's when they noticed that there was a decomposed body found in the area and the body as recovered," Zwane said.

On Saturday, a 13-year-old boy and 22-year-old man drowned in a dam in Bergville.
"It is further alleged that a 22-year-old taxi [operator] was in the area when he tried to assist a 13-year-old boy who was drowning. But as a result, the 22-year-old also drowned," he said.
Zwane says the police were called and the bodies were recovered from the dam.
