Too old to wear a bikini? ‘Baywatch’ star claps back at her haters

Actress Donna D'Errico says she can wear whatever she wants to after internet trolls told her she should not be wearing a bikini at 54.
"Quite a few women complained" about a video actress Donna D'Errico shared of herself wearing a bikini... so she decided to share another one!
The drama started earlier this month when the 54-year-old, who is best known for her role as Donna Marco in 'Baywatch', shared a video from her Independence Day 2022 celebrations.
She was wearing a bikini covered in the American flag. "Happy 4th of July everyone!" she captioned the clip. Some women felt that Donna was dressed inappropriately.
She addressed the mean comments in a separate post she shared a few days ago.
"Quite a few women complained about the 4th of July video I posted in a red white & blue bikini because they thought I was 'classier than that' and 'too old to wear a bikini' and, my favourite, 'desperate'," Donna captioned her post.
The actress added: "Let me tell you something that might surprise you. I can actually wear and do literally whatever I want. On that note, here is me in a bikini squatting on a coffee table."

Donna's followers applauded her for standing up for herself and ignoring the internet trolls.
"Be you. You are an amazing person no matter what," one Instagram user commented.
Another user added: "Good for you! If I looked that good I’d be posting pictures in a bikini every day!"
A third person wrote: "Those ladies are jealous and want to steal your sunshine. You are a beautiful woman, inside and out. Love you, my friend."
Some of Donna's followers thought she deleted her Independence Day video after the backlash she received. But she assured them that she did not.
"For all those asking, no I didn't remove the red white & blue 4th of July video. It's still up under the 'reels' tab on my page," she commented under her post.
