Taylor Swift felt 'low' after 'bully' Kim Kardashian's snake tweet

“It would be nice if we could get an apology from people who bully us,” says Taylor.
Taylor Swift says she felt lower than she ever felt in her life when a certain "someone" called her a snake a few years ago.
The Grammy Award winner did not mention any names, but that "someone" is Kim Kardashian.
The 'Keeping up with the Kardashians' star nearly ruined Taylor's reputation in 2016 when she shared a tweet on National Snake Day that everyone thought was directed at the singer.

Kim shared the tweet in the midst of Taylor and Kanye West's public disagreement over the lyrics to his single, 'Famous'.
"For all my Southside n****s that know me best/ I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex/ I made that b***h famous.," Kanye raps.
After sharing her snake tweet, Kim told her millions of fans to check out her Snapchat. She had posted a video recording of Taylor and Kayne talking about the song. Taylor appears to approve of Kanye using her name in the single.

Taylor maintained that she did not approve the song's "strong misogynistic message". She also was not impressed with being called a b***h.
Kim's fans flooded Taylor's social media pages with snake emojis after her shady tweet.
Taylor laid low for a while and re-emerged one year later to release her 'Reputation' album, which addressed some of the mean things that were said about her during the Kanye song debacle.
She embraced the snake label, with the reptile featuring in her promo videos and tour merchandise.
The 29-year-old recently penned an essay for Elle magazine about the 30 things she has learned in her life ahead of her 30th birthday in December.
"A few years ago, someone started an online hate campaign by calling me a snake on the internet. The fact that so many people jumped on board with it led me to feeling lower than I’ve ever felt in my life, but I can’t tell you how hard I had to keep from laughing every time my 63-foot inflatable cobra named Karyn appeared onstage in front of 60,000 screaming fans," she wrote.

The "hate campaign" not only helped inspire her multi-platinum selling album, but taught her an important lesson.
"I learned that disarming someone’s petty bullying can be as simple as learning to laugh,. In my experience, I’ve come to see that bullies want to be feared and taken seriously."
Taylor added that she hoped to one day get an apology from her bullies.
"It would be nice if we could get an apology from people who bully us, but maybe all I’ll ever get is the satisfaction of knowing I could survive it, and thrive in spite of it.”
