Sealed with a kiss! AKA and Nadia Nakai seemingly confirm their romance

Months after sparking dating rumours, AKA and Nadia Nakai are seemingly ready to make their relationship public.  Both rappers took to Instagram on Friday to share a clip that appears to show them kissing. 

Nadia can be seen sitting on the 'Congratulate' hitmaker's lap with her arms wrapped around his neck. 

While scores of people flooded the comment section with heart emojis and messages of congratulations, some are not convinced. 

"Is this for a song or what?" one Instagram user commented on Nadia's post. 

One of AKA's followers wrote: "Is it just me hoping it's not only for a music video. They actually look good together."

Rumours of their romance first started in December when Nadia shared a picture of a Rolex watch her Secret Santa gifted her for Christmas. 

"Secret Santa said it’s gonna be an icy Christmas,” she captioned the post.

Many social media users were convinced that AKA was her Secret Santa.

The rapper had left several flirty comments on some of Nadia's Instagram pictures. They were also spotted hanging out at the same venue.

While they posted separate pictures from the venue, eagle-eyed fans noticed that they were taken in the exact same spot.  AKA is also a big Rolex fan and owns several pieces from the luxury brand. He also gifted the watch to his late girlfriend Anele 'Nelli' Tembe. 

The undercover lovers were also spotted on vacation together in January. While they choose not to share any pictures together, they both shared snaps from the "secret" location. 

"The Magic Hour (and trip) by Secret South Ahh Santa," AKA captioned one of his pictures.

People were shocked by AKA and Nadia's romance because of the 'Fela In Versace' rapper's beef with Cassper Nyovest. 

Nadia revealed in an interview with Slikour that Cassper - who was once her close friend -  stopped talking to her after she appeared on season one of 'The Braai Show With AKA' last year. 

Cassper and AKA have had beef in the past and do not get along. 

"After I did The Braai Show, we didn’t speak for eight months so I got used to not speaking to him [Cassper Nyovest],” Nakai told Slikour. 

But Nadia stressed that she has no beef with Cassper. She also explained why she decided to be a guest on 'The Braai Show'. 

"It was a decision I made for myself because I felt like I wanted to expand myself...  Even though he is my brother and I’ll always support him and have his back... I felt like I needed to open up myself a little bit more because I need to be seen as someone who is platonic. He [AKA] is my ni**a and he can never disrespect him [Cassper] in front of me. He knows that he can’t go there with me, he can’t disrespect Cass in front of me.”

In a strange twist, Cassper went on to host season two of 'The Braai Show'.
