Did Tyla steal Kim Kardashian's shine?
South African singer Tyla is living her best life overseas and rubbing shoulders with some of the biggest names in music and entertainment. The 'Getting Late' hitmaker was recently in Italy for Milan Fashion Week.
She was invited to Dolce & Gabbana's fashion show and attended the event in one of the luxury Italian brand's outfits.
The 21-year-old sat in the front row next to Kim Kardashian and '365 Days' actor Michele Morrone. The trio took pictures together at the show.

While Tyla - who signed an international record deal with Sony’s Epic Records USA - is still a rising star, TikTok users claim Kim was less than impressed that Tyla was getting a lot of attention at the show.
One user went as far as claiming that Kim wanted to boycott the designers.

"There’s a video of Kim not acknowledging her and talking past her to the person sitting next to Tyla," one TikTok user wrote.

The claims seem like a bit of reach especially considering that the SKIMS founder included Tyla in a collage of pictures she shared from the show.
Nonetheless, our girl Tyla is turning heads in Milan and all over Europe. She joined Chris Brown during the European leg of his 'Under The Influence Tour'.

Before joining Chris Brown in Europe, Tyla was spotted at a Grammys afterparty taking pictures with SZA and H.E.R.

Her latest single, 'Been Thinking', has also been well received. Tyla's fans are predicting her career will explode in 2023 and 2024.
One concertgoer described her as his new "girl crush" after watching her perform.
South Afrcans are also proud to see her getting attention abroad. "Oh yeah [Tyla] killed it at the O2!! 2 years max babygirl you gon be one of the biggest stars in the world!! Let me know when you need another hit," one Twitter user wrote.
Another user added: "No but seeing [Tyla] do her thing at The O2 and when she spoke in her South African accent I said yass Mzansii. Loved loved to see it."
