Remi Lindholm had a bit of a situation in the locker rooms after his final race at the Winter Olympics.
Finnish cross-country skier Remi Lindholm's debut at the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing, China is one he will never forget.
The 24-year-old is making headlines all over the world after his last race at the games caused a stir. Remi took part in the men's 30km Mass Start Free event on Saturday and was out in the snow for more than an hour.
The 60-skier race was originally supposed to be 50km, but was shortened due to extreme weather conditions. And it is a good thing it was because shortly after finishing the race, Remi discovered that his manhood was a bit frozen.
According to E! News, Remi told Finnish Outlet, Yle Sport, that he used a heat pack to help with the situation.
He described the event as one of the worst competitions he has ever been in. The skier finished in 28th place at the event after battling the windy and cold conditions.
Russia's Alexander Bolshunov won the 30km race, finishing ahead of fellow countryman Ivan Yakimushkin by a mere 5.5 seconds. Norway's Simen Hegstad Krueger took home the bronze medal.
Remi, who shares his ski adventures on his YouTube channel, finished four minutes behind the gold medalist. He might have missed out on winning the gold, but he will have an interesting story to tell his grandchildren one day!
